EXCHANGE POLICY:

1. Applicable Scope: Applicable for exchanges at LAM.D STUDIO store

2. Exchange Period:

LAM.D ACCEPTS SIZE/DESIGN/DEFECT EXCHANGE WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM RECEIVING THE GOODS

3. Exchange Conditions:

– The product is intact, unused, not repaired, laundered, with intact tags and invoices.

– Only applies to exchanges for original-priced products.

– Not applicable to conversion for discounted items.

– Customers, upon receiving the goods, please record an unboxing video for LAM.D to cross-check the actual condition of the goods.

4. Exchange Regulations:

– Applies to exchanges when the product has defects from the manufacturer, transportation damage, or changes according to customer requirements (change color, size, model) for online orders.

– Only one exchange allowed per order.

– Can only be exchanged for a product of equal or higher value, and the customer will pay the price difference if any (the price of the new product will be based on the price at the time of exchange). In case the customer exchanges for a lower-priced product, LAM.D will not refund the price difference.

– When exchanging a product, customers are not allowed to apply additional promotions at the time of exchange.
